1. SHIPPING AREA & PROCESSING
We currently ship across CANADA from RICHMOND, BC.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may be longer during RESTOCKS, NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES, HOLIDAYS, OR HIGH-VOLUME PERIODS.
2. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are based on the FINAL PACKED SHIPMENT WEIGHT, SIZE, AND DESTINATION.
a) LETTERMAIL (NO TRACKING) – DECALS ONLY: $4.90
Available for WATERSLIDE DECALS ONLY.
NO TRACKING. NO INSURANCE.
b) STANDARD TRACKED SHIPPING
0–2 kg: $14.99
2.01–5 kg: $19.99
5.01–10 kg: $29.99
c) OVERSIZE / BULKY / HEAVY ORDERS
Orders that require a larger box, special protective packaging, multiple parcels, or exceed our standard shipping range may be charged at the applicable oversize rate.
10.01–30 kg: $49.99
IF ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE REQUIRED, WE WILL CONTACT YOU BEFORE SHIPMENT.
3. FREE SHIPPING RULES
Free standard shipping is available on ELIGIBLE CANADIAN ORDERS OVER CAD $250, after discounts and before taxes.
FREE SHIPPING APPLIES ONLY TO ORDERS THAT REMAIN WITHIN OUR STANDARD SHIPPING RANGE AFTER PACKING.
Free shipping does NOT apply to oversize, bulky, heavy, or multi-parcel orders, or to orders requiring special packaging.
COMBINED ORDERS may still qualify for standard or free shipping IF THE FINAL PACKED SHIPMENT REMAINS WITHIN OUR STANDARD SHIPPING RANGE.
If a combined order requires a larger box, oversize packaging, or multiple parcels, adjusted shipping rates may apply.
4. LOCAL PICKUP & LOCAL DELIVERY
LOCAL PICKUP is available for eligible orders at NO CHARGE.
Pickup is available at:
a) KW Pickup – Richmond Centre (By Appointment)
6551 No. 3 Rd, Richmond, British Columbia V6Y 2B6, Canada
Pickup is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Please do NOT arrive before receiving pickup confirmation.
b) LOCAL DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY may be available for eligible orders and select postal codes.
DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY WITHIN RICHMOND IS FREE.
For select delivery areas outside Richmond, a DELIVERY FEE MAY APPLY depending on the delivery area and distance from our location.
Local delivery availability and applicable charges will be shown at checkout where available.
5. IMPORTANT NOTES
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Any reshipping charges due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address will be the customer’s responsibility.

For LETTERMAIL ORDERS, delivery status cannot be verified.
